Why are people jerks? (long)?

one reason i could not be a server is becuase i could not put up with attuide like that. and i have to tip my hat to you for the way you handled your self. One thing that get me upset is when someone takes advantage of another or is spoiled and thinks you have to wait on them hand and foot. thats why when ever i go to a restruant i under stand that my serve may take time beucase she has more than one table to wiat on. I would be upset to if one table tried to rush me just beucase they wanted their way. if they are too lazy to learn how to cook and make the food at their time that their problem. Now grant it i have had serves that just goofed of or wanted to flirt with another table that to me is the servers falut but the tip is must everytime i eat . i would be ups set if my boss only paid me 2-3 $ for something and said the rest is in tips and its up to the costumers dont even tip me. i think it should already be put in the bill or the coustomre would be chargerd duble the tip. But some people in gerneal are spoiled and think the worl revolves around them. they don't stop to relise "well what if my feet were in their shoes, what kinda of problems are they going through, what problems do they run int to a regular day ect.?'. I worked at a hospital and a college and i been chewed out up and down by coustomers and patients about how they don't like how organization are handeling things or how they thing the systems is jacked up. but the one thing i have to tell my self everytime... they may be having a bad day, or its just the common " YOU CAN'T PLEASE EVERYBODY" somebody is always goign to be a nah sayers no matter what you do.
