Dont you think that M Vick should be FULLY reinstated in to the NFL?

Goodell is trying to appease everyone by making NO ONE happy. The people who want Vick back don't like this deal, and the people who DON'T want him back don't like it. Goodell made the most IDIOTIC choice he could if you ask me.
