Help!I am really sick whats wrong?!?

I have a sore throat, my head has been pounding I have been drinking water, my ears have pressure, my jaw hurts, my eyes hurt/pressure pain, When I cough its comming from my chest it hurts bad to the point i want to cry. Its sharp and stabbing I have shortness of breath but I don't think i am wheezing. I have drainage from my nose and sinuses (runny nose) and sinus pressure on my face. Anyone have any ideas of what it is? Should I go to the ER or wait to go to the doctors?
