Someone anyone please help me im not ok?

I know a girl who went through the same thing, she had loved her gf for several years and the gf went straight and left her behind. My friend beat herself up for months. You have to let go. She left you because she doesn't think she is gay. Let her be, let her figure out who she is and what she wants to do. I know the feeling of losing it over a person, that is not healthy. You have to take care of yourself first and foremost. Quit calling her, quit calling her friends and her family. Leave it all be. You have to let go. You are not crazy but your actions were a little irrational. Thats ok, what is done is done, but don't add to the fire by continuiing to do irrational things. You are the only on that can make you truly happy. There are plenty of girls out there, and you will fall in love again, just give it some time. Also quit being a doormat for people to use and walk all over. Say no once in a while and only help out if you truly want to help out. Good luck and God Bless
