Boy I'm dating "still looking?" anyone experience this?

So I've been dating a guy for a couple months now. A couple weeks into it he asked whether I'd consider being in a relationship with him, and I told him yes but that I don't like to rush into things, and he understood. Now that it's some time later, he brought it up again and said he wants to be my boyfriend, and this time I said yes and was more receptive. One reservation I have is that he doesn't really contact me as often as I liked, he really only calls me once every week or two unless I call him first, which leads me to believe he isn't really that into me. However, last night a roommate and I was perusing "craigslist" personals for fun and found that he has posted several personal ads quite recently, one of them being only a few days ago. What does this mean? Should I forget about him because he's "still looking?"
