Georgia traffic...why?!?!?!?!?!?

They're just behind the times. That used to happen in NY in the 70's, then in DC in the late 80's and early 90's. Now in those places nothing moves at all. People can live their whole lives on the beltway or cross-Bronx expressway and never move more than a few feet. Soon Hotlanta will be just like that.
