I love him and he loves me but..?

Okay so we are two teenage who think they are experencing love even though we probably arent. We are bestfriends and we both have feelings for eachother but yet he has a girlfriend.I have liked him for months and he knew it and hee lied about his feelings back for me until now and its tough because are whole friendship has been like we've been dating. We want to kiss and stuff but he has a girlfriend. You are probably thinking why doesnt he break up with her.. well he apperently has feelings for her two and it really sucks because he acts like hes dating both of us and we keep getting into fights over it because it hurts. and his gf is totally unaware of what he is doing and if she knew she would dump him. and this is the second time he has done this to me. he said the first time if him and his gf didnt work out he'd give me a chance so I waited and then he started dating this new chick. and he is saying if he breaks up with her he wont be dating anybody for a while and it wouldnt be fair to her but yet it wasnt fair to me first. and I cant stop tlaking to him and stuff becasue I really like him. and he wants to solve this but I dont know how. advice? please?? :[
