Im not getting bullied or anything like that, i go to junior high and this kid really gets on my nerves.?

okay, one day me and my friends were just sitting in the cafeteria eating lunch right? when this kid just comes over and sits down. i dont know him, i dont think ant of my friends know him. so, you know, were just sittin there, all quiet, then the kid busts out with" yo breath stinks." and that got me mad so i sed: man, wtf? u just come to OUR table and start talkin crap? and we started highsidin on each other all serious like. then, today when i was walkin home from school, he came up to me, and started callin me like, toothepaste, and crap like that. but it was just HIM alone that came up to me. usually people will hang out with a pack of friends or something and make fun of them to be funny and get some laughs, but it was just me and him. so is he for real, or just speacial or whhat? and what should i do about it?
