Polk db212 Subwoofer Enclosure?

I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with this enclosure. It looks great and from the reviews I have read from Circuit City, Polk's site, and Crutchfield, it pounds pretty good. I was just wondering how loud it is. I know Polk has award winning home speakers, so I figure that these will have good sound quality, regardless of how loud they are. But it is only 750 watts RMS. I am looking for some affordable subs that will be dependable, put out a lot of b, and have a high SQ and these just caught my eye. Are these a good buy, or am I better off to go with Kicker or MTX or something like that? Any feedback is appreciated.
