Property, land question?

Say you are the rightful heirs among 6 family members. There was some estate property and trees are cut and sold off the land for lumber. This was done WITHOUT permission from you, by one of the head executive heirs and the $$ was distributed among the other heirs without you knowing of the property of money being granted. Is this grounds for a lawsuit? Professionals Please!! Thanks!!
