Vistaril and seroquel combination?

i took a "tail" of vistaril and seroquel last night for the first time. all of a sudden, i felt every muscle in my neck and face twinging and it felt like someone was literally squeezing my brain. my dad looked at me and said whats wrong you look weird? like you had a stroke or something? no muscle control in my face. im just starting to regain it now. my eye is still a little droopy. could i have suffered a mini stroke?
