What movie or show was this?

Their was this show that came out around 1999 give or take a few years. Their was this girl i think she was blond. She had the ability to transform into this puddle of slime. and im pretty sure she traveled that way. Like she would become the slime and go under doors or into drains and pop up some where else. What movie/show was this??????????
