Which is better: seventh generation or green works cleaning products?

I couldn't find seventh generation laundry detergent at Target the other day so I bought green works instead. They both got the laundry clean. I also have green works all purpose cleaner for my kitchen counters, etc. Again, it gets the job done. As long as I have no preference performance wise, which one is better from an environmental standpoint (or are they about the same)?
