Cost to straighten a spoked rim?

First make sure that it is the rim, it sounds like it might also be failed/failing bearings. Check the spoke tension, if you tap them with a spanner they should make a musical note, also check the tyre pressures. If those turn out to be okay then get the rims looked at, it is a relatively simple but time-consuming job since the spokes will need to be relaced.
