Glucose tolerance test normal side effects?

I had my test yesterday for gestational diabetes (am 28 wks). I had to fast from 10pm & got first bloods taken at 8am, then had to drink a jug of lucozade glucose drink & get re tested 2 hours later. By time i left hospital i felt so sick & dizzy. Stopped off at my mums to eat as i was afraid to continue driving & the food helped a little but the strangest thing was i was crying on/off all day for no reason at all. One min id feel ok & next i just felt like crying. Felt horrible all day up til i went to bed last night with nausea & heartburn & very tired, just wondering if the crying was a side effect of the test though???
