Will she ever be ready for a relationship?

I started speaking to a woman that I used to date about a year ago, to possibly start a relationship again. She told me that she just got out of a relationship and needed time to heal and said she does like me still. This happened last time I was dating her as well. So she considers herself single and not dating, were just "talking“.I was speaking to her pretty much daily since I no longer live in the same state. I noticed that I'm pretty much putting in all the effort I make all the calls and text. So I stopped for a day to see if she would initiate calling or texting and I haven't heard from her for about ten days. I'm not too sure how to take this.I'm at apoint in my life where I'm fairly certain about what I want and I've been pretty direct about it to her. Im not the type to wait forever so what should I do? I feel like she is being indecisive.I kinda feel like if she isn't ready now she'll never be ready.
