How do you reconcile two beliefs: Church of Christ and Emergent Non-Denominational?

I grew up in a small Church of Christ congregation and held to those beliefs until college. Attending a Baptist based college opened my eyes to many other doctrinal beliefs. I have since moved away from the Church of Christ and now attend a large "emergent" church. However, I'm having a hard time imilating both churches. I'm not fully Church of Christ and I'm not fully "emergent." I feel like a spiritual mutt; being bred of two doctrines, that often times contradict each other. Can anyone relate?
